The DOT Initiative is a student-led nonprofit dedicated to making STEM education more accessible and equitable. We believe every young learner—especially those from underserved communities—deserves the chance to explore, create, and succeed in STEM.

Our programs bridge learning gaps by offering hands-on experiment kits, personalized academic support, and mentorship opportunities. By nurturing curiosity, building confidence, and providing real-world career development experiences, we prepare the next generation with the skills and resources to thrive in STEM fields and beyond.
